The opportunity

As a Recruiter, you will be essential to our efforts in attracting the very best talent to Emia, as we scale and grow at an increasing speed. As part of our team and a key partner to our hiring managers, you will run recruiting efforts from sourcing, interview assessment building to offer & close. You will have the chance to be a key influencer in our employer branding efforts, talent attraction plans and the continued development of the Talent function at Emia.

Your mission

Our Recruiter will perform the following:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and calibrate profiles
  • Determine selection criteria for each position and the ideal candidate profile
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design Job Descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Constantly update Job Descriptions according to departmental changes
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Assist the Onboarding process in helping accommodate the new colleagues

Your Background

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, professional networks and job boards 
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
